Based on your experience, do you think time-series embeddings can be useful, similar to how image embeddings are really useful?

I know about TimeNet embeddings and the concept seems fine, but since they haven’t released their embeddings, I can’t simply test it off the shelf.

Has anyone experience of using such embeddings?
