[D] Tools to annotate images for segmentation?

What do you recommend for image annotation? I’m looking for a web-based interface to let non-technical users (MDs) annotate X-rays for image segmentation.

They should then be exportable to COCO format.

Best I found so far is this, but meh: http://labelme.csail.mit.edu/Release3.0/
