Considering the definition: “We say an environment is uncertain if it is not fully observable or not deterministic.”

When making predictions, Probability theory is a really useful tool under uncertainty. I was wondering if there are other ways to make predictions without necessarily using Probability theory but in a way, you take uncertainty into account.
