Is there any app/software that analyses thousands of images and has an interface to browse the collection via content-based related images?

I’m trying to find a tutorial to achieve something like this, https://github.com/machinebox/visualsearch but locally and OpenSource

Goal: have a local “google-photos”, that self-organizes my photo archive and I can browse and I get “related suggestions” per each image.
