I have previously posted about our internal Machine Learning pipeline, pipe, and its technical infrastructure. We, as data/marketing scientists at my company, also spend time on making sure that the ML scores are used in interventions. I found there to be many posts about how to build ML models yet very few about how to set up experiments and what optimization actually looks like.
So I wrote one for a simple setup.
